DATA CHAMBER
Digital projection with sound, layered fabrics. 9 minute sequence.
A prototype data sculpture which was first shown at The Bohemians space in Deptford in November 2022.
A meditation on echo chambers and political or institutional barriers which can either exist virtually in data or in social networks. It also explores the beauty of patterns and feedback that networks can reveal. The layered transparent material projections create a pseudo holographic three dimensional effect which changes depending on angle of view.
